- Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Wyatt Teller (knee) was ruled out versus the Giants. Offensive lineman James Hudson (shoulder) exited early.
- Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Joey Bosa (hip) was ruled out against the Steelers. Quarterback Justin Herbert (ankle) and Rashawn Slater (pectoral) exited early and did not return.
- New Orleans Saints center Erik McCoy (groin) was ruled out versus the Eagles.
- New York Giants cornerback Dru Phillips (calf), wide receiver Darius Slayton (thumb) and linebacker Micah McFadden (back) left early against the Browns.
